Recently cannot load GHL app on Android

For the last couple of days, my GHL app (Android) has been returning the following in a dialog on start:

Application Error
net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
(http://localhost:8080/index.html)

Any ideas? Did the app corrupt its own settings, so now I need to clear all saved data? What the error looks like, is that it spins up a local web server or a proxy and connects to that .... and somehow that is failing. But the error message could be wrong.

Pixel 6 Pro, Android 13 (if it matters).

OK, that worked. Interestingly enough, nuking Storage and Cache on the app did not... Thank you!
