Hey there! Any basic recommendations on how to start getting rid of this stuff? Was out of town for about 2 weeks and came back to this. Haven’t had fish in there in probably over 2 months. Just 2 turbo snails right now. I am sure the water is out of whack - need to get it tested at local fish store this week but wanted to get your expertise on how I can start to clean this up. Only filter I have is a basic HOB filter from the pet store. This is my first tank. Likely moving in a couple of months so didn’t want to invest a lot in equipment mainly using this tank to learn and get practice. Thanks so much for your help/guidance.

The picture is a bit blurry to me . Looks like hair algae . I do not see anything red.
