Red Bubble Algae

Hi eveyone I have increased the power of my LEDS to 100% and the red bubble has exploded. I have fluval marine 3.0 and all colours at 100%. Surely that cant be right. Ive had the light for awhile but never used 100%.

We need pics under normal lights and not just blues please and a list of your water parameters.
