I have this red algae growing in different spots in my tank. I believe that it is red turf algae. What should I do to get rid of it? I read that Mexican turbo snail might work, but I am afraid to use them because they might knock over my corals. I also have green turf growing, would I be able to treat that the same way?

Thanks in advance
