Hi guys!
Does any of you have any luck with school of red saddled anthias?
I bought 20 in total and they are eating very well. I feed them 6 times a day with mix of frozen food and 4 times with pellets which they start to eat. My water parameters are stable and good. Despite all that they persih one by one. I see no signs of aggresion between the individuals. Even today I saw that within a couple of hours another one just moved away from the school to the corner of my tank, then he laid at the bottom and died. I really have no idea what's going on. Other fish and inverts are doing great.
Any ideas, experiences?

How long have you had the anthias? Were they quarantined? How old is the tank? I assume they were all added at once with the corresponding feedings. Did you check ammonia levels? Are there other fish in the tank?

Problem solved! Thank you Tcook. I unfortunatelly didn't predicted that adding so may fish at once with accordingly increasd feeding ratio will unbalance the nutrients.
I decreased the food amount and the anthias that are left looks pretty good now.
Thanks again!

I got three not too long ago. All happy and eating. I’ll let you know how long they last. Currently no major aggression towards each other.

I had a single one along with other such as disbar, lyretail and bimaculatus. It is very peaceful. I know they get to 4", mine was 3 and are hardy eaters
