I am back in the hobby after 10+ years away. Its funny how I now realize I have basically forgotten the little bit of knowledge that I had gained previously. So I feel basically like a total newbie. I visited a few lfs and fell in love with the look and completeness of the red sea packages. I was lucky enough to find a clean used one on craigslist fairly local. Its been about a week now. I added the caribsea life tree but not sure I like my configuration yet. I am open to recommendations. I feel there is too much shadowing on the lower rock and the top is too close to the top and will be a hot spot. The previous owner gave me some of his live sand (about 10 lbs) and I added about 5lb of live rock from lfs in the sump. So I feel I will have a solid starting place to add a fish and get things going.
