Well my friends tank has had a mini crash
He's been worried about it for a few weeks and has been losing corals every few days .
Well today he finally had enough and asked me to take all that's still alive ....lucky me .
There was so many bits that I've had to remove some of the corals in my tank and put them in the garage tank ...kinda new .
Anyway my lights are off at the min so can't get great pic so I'll post what I can than take some more tomorrow when they have settled in Abit more
Best bits are 4 acans ...to rainbows
War paint scolly
Massive Duncan
Red blasto
Clam
And many more that I can't even think of at the min
I'v only just finished sorting everything out and it's now 3.24am in the UK .....putting the work into reefing lol
Anyway some pics and better ones tomorrow with lights on
The scolly is showing some skeleton , anyone think I can save it ?
As you'll see some look ruff but I'll try my best to save what I can
Blimey! Lucky you! Based on the growth and colour you're getting atm, your tank is probably the best place for them... hopefully will pull through. Rooting for them!
And the new frag tank ....well it's more like a coral over flow from the main tank at the min ...just too many bits and not enough space in the main tank
Well the Red Sea 170 that my friend gave me has been set up and is doing well in the garage. looks like there's no cycle going on in the tank at all I'm going to give it a couple of weeks until I start adding stuff and more than likely this going to be a high end ZOA tank
My friend also gave me a brand new Neptune Apex system which I still haven't got out the box I'm going to use that on my 350
I've not got a clue what this thing does or how it works so when I do get around to getting it out of the box I'll be here asking plenty of questions
