So i redid the aquascape, i built some new rock structures and cycled them prior to use. i removed probably 60% of the old rock.

I used superglue to take it all together and light mortar to set everything in place. I used a few throw away turkey injectors to inject mortar into the joints the best I could.

Ahhhh.. I had not thought of that. I will give that a shot then. I hate my "aquascape", it's just a pile of rocks at this point, and want to redo it. I will give the turkey basters a shot.

Keep of the good work!

Brian

When you glue it get the BRS glue and the drying agent. it worked best. its really think and a good price. also not the turkey baster, the injector

I used one of these guys, modified with a piece of tubing to make small mortar joints and get it in the creases and crevices so that the rock doesn't look smooth where the joints are.

It's a fat pig, but a very cool fish. eats out of my hand and likes to be petted like a cat or dog, If I don't show it attention and I'm working on something in the tank it will nudge my hand, or rub against it till I do. It's really outgrown this tank,

but an upgrade is coming soon.

Are you still using the Coral Booter and AcroGlow?

I am, I'm still dosing the KZ coral system, coral booster, flatworm stop, and Phols. What I really stopped was the 6 other trace elements and the zeolites, and cut way back on the aminos,

Its a good system, but your really only 1 or 2 issues away from sps bleaching and RTN with the corals well I don't want to say starving. but with the lack of P04 and N03, the additives are really the only nutrients available for food. this tank was always been ULN with p04 and no3 undetectable 99% of the time. The good is no algae ever, the flipside, prone to cyano, there is another type of cyano that i developed as well the University of Florida calls it "Boat Dock cyano" its tough to get rid of, it doesn't breakdown like redslime, it took limpets and chitons to clean the rock. I only had it once but it was a terror.
