Red Sea E170 Protein Skimmer Upgrade

Has anyone upgraded their protein skimmer on a RedSea E170? One that would fit in the back chamber where the stock one goes? Or have you added a sump in order to do this?

I hear lots of people calling in and asking for an upgrade. Most people go with a Tunze 9004 or 9004DC. These are my favorite internal skimmers and it is what I would recommend. As a note. I think the RedSea Skimmer skims fine it can just be really finicky to dial in. The tunze is just very simple and easy to use and it lasts a long time with a great warranty.
