Red Sea Reed led 90 - aquatic life t5 hybrid

Has anyone had any success connecting the Red Sea Reef led 90 to the aquatic life t5 hybrid fixture?

I read some prior threads discussing that it could be done in theory — but I just wanted to see if anyone had pictures, or actual experience doing it that they could share?

I was planning on 5 kessil but a LFS in my area went under and had 6 at 50% off so I snagged these. If they don’t do what I need them to I’ll use them on another tank. I’m in the process of trying to install now. It looks like it can be done. The screws I have work without the plastic cover. Going 1/2” longer would provide room for the plastic cover and the AL mounting bracket thickness. I’ll post again after I get the new screws.
