I'm running 3 Red Sea Reef LED 90s on my reef tank, I'm not really happy with the narrow spectrum that light offers. I don't get that real color pop/luminescence as with actinics, or another light like the Radions. I was thinking of adding a few leds from Rapid Led as separate supplement. What spectrum of leds do I need to get that actinic effect, I was thinking a mix of 400-420 wave length?

Did some more research and I may end up purchasing the Reef Brite LumiLite Actinic Blue LED strip. I don't mind a diy project, but this fixture sounds like it's exactly what I need☺️

I did purchase and later return the Reef Brite strip. I really didn't see any improvement than what the Red Sea lights offered on its own. Ultimately, I'm switching over to AI Hydra 64s. I prefer a fixture flexible enough to give a crisp daylight white during days and then heavy blues at night.
