Red Sea reef Matt 1200

I keep trying to connect to the Wi-Fi and it it says connecting to my Wi-Fi then it says connecting to online services then it keeps coming back unknown error ….just keeps telling me unknown error. I have tried unplugging it reconnecting it done this over and over again.So is this thing just a brick that can go in the trash because it won’t connect at all I don’t know what has going on with Reef Matt
