Hello all I have a red sea for 200 G2 and I currently have a radio on XR 15 G6 blue with two AI blade 12 inch coral glows I’m wondering if this is a sufficient set up or if I should swap out the XR 15 for an XR 30 or swap it out for something completely different Like one of the new Red Sea Reef LEDG2 170 lights any ideas would be appreciated

I answered this in your other thread. If you want SPS no need another xr15 or xr30. Get a par meter though rent one can tell you a lot more.

Just thought I would update this thread. I went and I got a Par meter and took some readings. My XR 15 G6 blue is set at 60% on AB plus with the high intensity, lens kit and my two AI blade 12 inch coral glows are set on a custom setting at 80% with the royal blues at 135% the violet is at 108% and uv at 30% after taking the readings. Here are the numbers I’m going to post a picture for reference of my tank directly on top of the torch is receiving 370 directly under my digit to is receiving 350 directly under the hammer is receiving 225. Everything up at the top of the rocks is between 260 to 230 with the middle topic being 380 in the very right being 330 a lower middle closest to the Duncan Coral is 284 and right on top of the Duncan is 233 the Rockledge below the torch is 230. The left back corner wall is 101 the right back corner wall is 112 and the sand bed from left or right is even at a consistent 170 and right on top of my Zoas is 199. Tank is a red sea reefer 200 G2.

Here is a pic of tank where par was measured
