Red Sea Reefer 425 XL $?

My current Red Sea reefer 425 XL deluxe had an issue . They replaced it with another 425, but it only includes the tank (No sump, Stand, lights). I'm trying to figure out how much I should sell it for, if I so choose. It's still in the box.
