Hey guys I need a little help, I’ve just installed the red sea reefmat1200 and it’s going through a lot of roll without picking up debris, I noticed the sensor had water touching both probes even though water level was down low so I blow that clean and then it’s fine but once water hits top and collects all the debris then the water stays stuck between the sensor and continuously keeps pulling the roll, lost about 12m over night.
Thank you

What level is the roller sitting in? Is the sensor installed correctly?

Sounds like you might have the roller in water thats too deep. Youll need to raise it to prevent it from rolling prematurely
