Red snappers get huge. I mean huge. Did he offer it to you to eat? Because smoked red snapper is the best fish I have ever eatin in my life.

The state of Florida has a min size limit when you fish for them and its 16 inches. Don't know what type of tank you have but that's big.

the best way to care for this fish is filet him,add butter and lemon some fresh herbs wrap in foil and toss it on the grill.........

LiveAquaria is not correct.....they can get close to four feet long and up into the 70 - 80 pound range.


I also agree with reefsandrotts care instuctions! Delicious!
