Sorry it's late what's SG and Vat? Thanks!

SG = Spacific Gravity or the amount of salt in the water

Vat= whatever storage container your using to mix and/or store your saltwater and rodi water.

Thanks the last water change before tonight was over a week ago which is weird I did add the new skimmer and move some things around in the sumo which could have caused my ato dumping a little too much water in.

So the tang has been eating well most of the red spots went away but there's still one near his bottom fin. Also his gills look unhealthy, whitish kind of frayed. So I went ahead and got him into a 5 min freshwater dip. I didn't see anything that jumped out at me in the bucket as flukes (there was some sand and he pooped).

Would it have been very noticeable if it was flukes?

Thanks

Within 5 mins of being in FW, you should have seen tiny white specks come out of him that look like this (below) if he has flukes:

Thanks humble didn't see that. He's the only fish affected by this. He's also the only tang, seems to be getting better since last week but wanted to be sure it wasn't flukes.
