So I noticed some brands sell both green seaweed and red seaweed sheets... Is there any real difference? Is one better? Should I alternate the 2 types? Looking at the ocean nutrition ones.
They both have the following breakdown:

Ingredients
100% Natural Dried Seaweeds (Marine Macroalgae)

Guaranteed Analysis
Crude Protein (min) 33.9%
Crude Fat (min) 4.2%
Crude Fiber (max) 2.5%
Moisture (max) 6.8%

I feed both depending on what's cheaper at the oriental market. Seems like one type has a crunchier consistency and falls apart in the water but I can't remember which

Well I know my fish like both the place I usually get it from only has green, it was out so I got it from another place and found they also make the red version as that is what they shipped me. I should have checked the cart more carefully lol. So now just wondering if I should do every other and switch back and forth. They clearly like both a lot wanted to check if 1 is better.

I think fish can see color, so ask them what color they like
