Hello, update time folks. A lot has changed since my last post.

I now have 1 flame angel
1 Midas blenny
1 Firefish
1 royal gramma
2 clownfish

1big frogspawn which. Actually purchased yesterday
1 scolymia
1 acan frag
1 neon hammer
1 ricordea
Assorted zoanthids frags (which aren’t doing so great right now, I’ve had more trouble with these than any other coral)

Tank has been a challenge so far, I’ve been battling major diatoms and brown algae for months, it’s finally starting to get under control a bit.

I just added a large clean up crew which has already started to make a big difference.

still working to get my nitrates down, I’m sitting at 12ppm currently I want to target 1-2ppm, I started dosing nopox yesterday so I’ll see how that works for me, phosphate has been undetectable since the start but I’ve read on here that could be due to having young live rock.

I’ve been pretty lucky so far as far as fish, I had one fish that was pretty much DOA from liveaquaria and I had one clown that somehow managed to jump out of a 1 inch gap between the rim of my tank and my tank cover...

here’s a couple pics:

I’ve been doing weekly water changes of about 20%, this may be a little excessive I’m not sure. I’d really like to figure out what’s going on with my zoanthids, they were doing good for awhile but are now pretty closed up and unhappy, they are still on plugs on my frag rack
