Hi Guys,

I have a Redsea Reefer 350 running with two HD26's at 9inches above to water line.

Most of my SPS frags have very little polyp extension when viewed from the front glass however if you look around the back of the SPS they have loads of polyps out, do my lights need to be extended towards the front of the tank?

Probably your light setting are too harsh at this moment. You can dial back your lights in all the channels proportionally to avoid messing the colors you have. I run a mixed reef in a Red Sea Max S-500 with 3 Hydras 26HD. You will achieve growth with more light but you have to increase it slowly, like 5% every 3 weeks. This is my profile and my tank:

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
