I use the BRS black ones and they have done good for me. You can guy them with and without the pump. Easy to clean, easy to take apart, and if you get the pump they are good as well.

I currently use the dual reactor they have for gfo n carbon and bought that recommended pump. For some reason I can’t get the gfo to tumble. It tumbles for a day or so and then stops.
I will be hard plumbing a manifold with a separate pump and might go with some hard plumbed reactors. I saw someone used the aquamax and they looked nice.

I run those reactors but didn't buy the dual for that reason. I had heard other people had the same problem with the dual reactors. If you put each on their own pump or own line you can make it tumble. I have to actually half way close my ball valve on it to slow it down.

Lol thanks!!! It’s actually been raining a lot here in Cali for the past couple of months. Not used to that lol. I got lucky and the reef gods allowed 2 days of sun for me to dry out my rock lol. But yeah our weather is beautiful out here right now the sun is beaming and it’s abkut 60 degrees. I tried to redo the scape I did when I was drying out my rock outside but didn’t do it so I ended up with this. I’m okay with it but not too drilled about it. I wanted to go higher but my wife said leave it so the fish can have more space to swim around. So as a good husband that I am I listened to her lol.

still cycling the tank. Question should I run a separate pump for my manifold or should I T off the main return and add the manifold there? I have a big pump running at 45% with a ton of flow to the return lines, it can definitely handle the manifold. I will be running 2 reactors Carbon/GFO a UV and a Calcium Reactor.
