So I tested my saltwater a couple times today and it seems that the Salinity has jumped up to 1.030 how dominant reduce this. I have a gravity ATO that is working and topping off the water but somehow my water still jumped.

This is something you'll want to do slowly. But remove saltwater and replace it with freshwater. Again do this slowly as to not shock the system. If you dont remove the saltwater and replace it with freshwater all your ato is doing is replacing evaporated saltwater which the water leaves but the salt stays behind. So relying on your ato does nothing. :) you are topping off with freshwater correct?
