Good morning, afternoon / evening fellow reefers,

I am Aquascaping my new Red Sea Reefer 425xl and i am playing around with a few ideas and thought id post a video to share my ideas.

The reef will be a mixed reef with wrasses, tangs, clowns etc, my logic is the tank needs to accomodate sps corals (mid range in tank) and LPS with high and low flow areas. Also need plenty of room for the tangs to swing around freely via negative space.

I have plenty of hiding spots and a big arch currently, and think this works well.

Let me know what you think of this design, if you have any suggested tips / improvements all is welcome :).

I think that's a really good setup! Try to include a few sheltered areas and caves if you can, as fish love these for sleeping/hiding (at night my fish completely disappear!)
Thanks!

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
