And the answer is...A. Br3

There is no such chemical as Br3, as folks noted.

The others result from the reaction of ozone with bromide (Br-) and Iodide (I-) in seawater. They can be toxic but these highly oxidized species can be catalytically broken down on GAC, so that's one of the reasons to treat the water after ozonation.
