Calcium is to magnesium as...

A. Sodium is to potassium
B. Oxygen is to sulfur
C. Chlorine is to bromine

D. Potassium is to sodium

Calcium is very chemically similar to magnesium, but larger. Same for potassium being very similar to sodium, but larger.

In the periodic tale of the elements, one can see this clearly, with each pair being in the same column (meaning they are chemically similar) and the first one just below the second (meaning it is larger):
