Bottle of Reeflux I got to eliminate minor bryopsis in 35 gal water box AIO says that I can start using carbon after 3 days. This is different from other instructions I have seen online and forums. At any rate I did add carbon after three days as certain zoanthids did not appear to be enjoying the treatment. All other corals and fish are fine including some easy sps. Also noticed snails weren't to happy but bounced back quickly. Any thoughts on this? Seems odd to me. You would think carbon would remove the treatment pretty fast. Now on day six of treatment.

What was your dosing?

When I use fluconazole for bryopsis, I underdose by about 25% and leave it in the water longer. It takes longer to work but is less impactful to the fish and corals. I did not notice any issues with zoas or snails. The medication prevents the bryopsis from growing but takes time to starve it out. I think mine was 8-10 days before it was mostly gone.
