I have a mixture of corals and I have RedSea AB+.

My question is do I need to provide additional food for my corals or does AB+ provide the nutrients that's needed? I haven't been able to find an answer about if AB+ is food or not, since it's "providing energy" which I took as carbs/food material.

I have lps, sps, and softs.

I can't say 100% for sure as to the AB+ but I know my Lobo and Candy canes love some meaty foods like mysis shrimp

Are you running a coral only tank? If you have fish the "leftovers" from feeding them should suffice (depending on amount you feed etc)
You could also just add something like reef chili etc to your maintenance schedule
