I have a 1 kg container of Reef Foundation A that has an expiration date over 1 year ago. I bought it a while ago and forgot about it. I decided over the weekend to use it - but didn't notice the expiration date until after I mixed it up and put it on my DT for dosing. Will this be a problem? I've never noticed an expiration date on calcium and alkalinity supplements before. Why does this have an expiration date?
