Reef keeper elite alc?

I just got an rke and was thinking about getting the alc module for my ai sol blue? I have the ai controller is there any benefit for using the alc module vs the ai controller?

I'm not very familiar with the AI controller, but I do use the ReefKeeper Elite. The first benefit I would see would be the ability to centralize control to one controller; everything on your system is controlled by one unit. The other benefit would be remote access to the system/light if you are running the RKE with the net module. As I mentioned, I'm not familiar with the AI controller, but I imagine it would offer more control and additional features, though. I hope this information helps.

I'm going to stick with my ai controller since I can't change the royal blues and blues separately.
