Howdy.

That light is the OEM version of the Hygger 30w Reef. It is almost as basic as you can get. There are no ramp-up features, the LEDs can not be independently controlled, and there are only 5 power intensity settings.

That said, it's adequate for a nano tank. I have been using one. This reefer also has one and posted PAR settings across their nano at various intensities, mount heights and depth:

Just keep in mind: You do get what you pay for. How long will it last? Nobody knows. But it can be adequate for the right tank.

I have been using the hygger 30w for about 6 months with great success. It is the most affordable light I think. I have softies & LPS as well as a bubble tip

This would be a much better option. How big on tank are you putting this on?
Just found this amazing item on AliExpress. Check it out!

20g long, using one of the hygger at about 75%. Tank is 24” long, 15” depth and height. The lights just turned on so not everything has opened up. The light has a built in fan for cooling and a very simple 5/8/10hr timer built in. Nothing fancy but gets the job done!

The camera makes it look so blue, but in person it’s a very nice crisp white/blue

What is the tank size?

I don't think there are any lights lower than $30......
