Reef Octopus Automatic Neck Cleaner voltage?

I have a neck cleaner that came with no power supply. Can anyone who has one tell me the output voltage and amperage?

I think you need to contact them, the ....plug that goes into the power supply is different than anything I have ever seen before.

do you have one? can you just tell me the voltage output that is printed on the power pack? i can splice that plug no problem.
