Reef Octopus DC skimmer in feed mode with Apex.

To change pump speeds with a Varios skimmer pump do I need to use pump profiles or can I use percentages like with COR pumps like this:

If FeedA 000 Then 40

Another question about this skimmer. If the pump was really dirty, would it be pulling more watts or less?

If the pump’s power cord is plugged into the EB832, then it can be monitored for watts or amps on that output. The VDM connection is just a control signal sent to the pump’s controller to specify the speed.

@SuncrestReef so do I do any coding on the VDM channel at all? Or just on the EB832 and the energy bar sends a control signal through the VDM module?
