I would keep them on the smaller side. If you have a sandy bottom I love the Diamond Goby and there are other Goby's that are also great such as the Purple Firefish Goby. You can also put a few Green Chromis and and Lyretail Anthias and perhaps Cardinals. If you want something a little bigger try a Eibli Angel or something that size

I was hoping to get some wrases and anthias but idk what kind I can put in a 55 gallon

Not many Anthias are suited for a 55 unfortunately. You do have options with Wrasses though. Possum Wrasses, Flasher Wrasses, smaller Fairy Wrasses, smaller Halichoeres Wrasses, Leopard Wrasses, etc. You must have a completely closed top, and a sand bed for the last two genera I mentioned.

I have a sixline wrasse and a melanurus wrasse right now so I would need one that would do good with them and is there any anthias that I could put in a 55

You could also look at Flame hawks, Longnose hawks, Pygmy Angels, Basslets and Perc. clowns.
