Fluval evo 13.5 set up after I broke down my 46 gallon bowfront and sold all my equipment b/c I had planned on moving away to college and couldn't keep the reef. Only to change college and begin studying aquarium science technology (which I'm super thrilled about). I started this build on the 6th of June 2018 with a little piece of live rock and its has since started to stabilize out, and begin taking off from frags https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/fluval-13-5-mixed-reef-thread.431298/
So I started my new build just a couple of months ago on May 19th 2018.
This is my upgrade dream build on my current budget, moving up from a 25 lagoon. I have spared no expense thus far, only adding the exact equipment I want rather than doing the whole upgrade everything down the road approach like last time.
I decided to opt out of a standard corner overflow and go full custom with this build, and so far I couldnt possibly be more satisfied with how it's coming along.
I'm keeping the 25 after moving everything over, it will be my new frag/quarantine tank.
Stop by and let me know what you think, any feedback is appreciated!
150 gallons
Start day was July 1, 2018
So far everything has been going absolutely wonderful. The only thing we’ve had a problem with is the one coral I think some of you might kick me for buying. A very large elegance, this one coral has more mood swings than my ex girlfriend. Lol
320 gallon FOWLR for now as I am now trying my hand at growing corals( I have [emoji1318] frag in there thus far !)
