Hey Everyone!

My family and I are planning a vacation next year, 2026, to attend Reefapalooza Orlando on 4/26-4/27. We’re visiting Disney/Universal the week of and ending at Reefapalooza.

I’ll be traveling down from Louisville, KY for context.

I had a few newbie/dumb questions about the convention:

1) For those who buy corals but aren’t local to Orlando, do you overnight the corals back yourself? I would doubt many of the vendors ship for you.

2) If I buy corals on Saturday would any of the vendors hold until Sunday so I could either ship them back or drive them back home when we leave?

3) Any general tips that you have as a first time convention goer?

Thanks!

Bring them back with you and have appropriate styro containers and cold/heat packs to use

You will find most all of them will

3) Any general tips that you have as a first time convention goer?

There will be vendor maps before the event. Make a list of the vendors you MUST Visit followed by the ones you would like to stop by. Buy Raffle tickets Only if you plan to stay for the raffle.
Bring cash also as some vendors will only accept cash and give better deals for cash.
If you see something you like, take note and keep looking as at times you will find a better piece for a lower price at another booth

I didn’t even think about a styrofoam box to transport. I assume they would be fine for a day or two on the way back? We may stop halfway instead of driving straight back.

Yes- just keep temperature in safe range. A little thermometer would not be bad to have
