Thank you for making my first online livestock order experience an excellent one!

These guys recently appeared on the R2R scene just in time for the holidays. What caught my attention was the free shipping on auction items and buy now categories. I visited the website thinking I might find a good deal or two on some cheaper items in the auction area. But I had no idea that I'd find such a nice selection and, in my opinion, with very fair pricing. I didn't want to believe that I could get the pieces that I did for the price they were being offered and with FREE shipping. I was very hesitant as this was my first online live stock order ever. But I pulled the trigger and I placed an order for the two Euphyllia that I had my eyes on. Today my package arrived from across the country (CA -> FL) and was in my hands by 9:30am. They were in the box for less than 24hrs. As of writing this (~5hrs later) both seem happy and healthy with a fair amount of polyp extension.

Pros: FREE Shipping. GREAT prices. Well packaged. WYSIWYG (I would post ReefBids photos for comparison but I don't know if that's against the rules).

Cons: So far, none.

Package arrives at 9:30am. Good condition.

My babies! I didn't take a water temp but I could not feel a difference between them and my display which was 77.4 F.

The cooler temp was felt just right. The heat pack was still warm. NOTE: That's a direct reading on the heat pack, NOT the cooler.

Tripple bagged. No air bubbles or dry spots. The inner most bag was punctured so that the frag could be easily removed and water strained.

Followed the acclimation instructions on the website.

10:30am, 1 hours after arrival they were in my display. No lights while they settled in. I could already see vibrant colors and the cell phone/flash doesn't do them justice.

12:55pm, about 2.5 hours after acclimation. Getting some polyp extension. LOOK AT THAT COLOR!! Brightest piece in my tank now.

12:55pm. About 1/2 open I guess. This one is a gem! You guys have some great livestock!
