Placed an order December 4, 2023 for part of secret Santa. I saw on the site orders may take 3+ days to ship due to low staff/being busy. A week goes by with no update, shoot a quick email. No response.
2nd week goes by, again no update. Another quick email, and a mention of possible chargeback.
3rd week goes by, it’s now past Christmas. No updates received. Request chargeback. Still no communication from the site.
