I want to build my own dimmable T5 fixtures using the Miro4 retrofit ballasts so that they can ramp up and down (sunrise/sunset). Can the Reefkeeper Lite plus the ALC module accomplish this set schedule of changing intensity? Or do they only allow dimming at just one flat intensity?

As long as your t5s are 0 to 10 volt controllable the reefkeeper should be able to do it. And you should be able to ramp up and down as you please.
