Reeflink connectivity problems

Anyone know what's going on with EcoSmart live today? I got the white ring late last night on my reeflink and still can't connect to EcoSmart live?

Yes mine has been crap all day!

This was my first time with the WHITE ring! (5months with reeflink) Just followed the procedures for deleting then adding my MP-10 back on, then Walla the blue ring of happiness... connectivity again
