Reefmat problems

Hello all,

I’m having issues with my reefmat rolling. At first it went through a roll in less than a day, I left it alone for a long time, and now I installed a new roll and now it will only roll on manual.

This is what it’s been on for like the last hour, has not moved since I first installed it and manually rolled it just a little.

Have you tried restarting it and getting in contact with red sea?

Water level inside the reefmat is okay? Or is it to high and the sensor is being triggered constantly?

It started working in its own, but it just seems like it took a very long time.
