Yesterday in my biocube I used some reef roids for the first time. My phosphates were at a .11 and today a .34 has anyone seen this before? I could tell my soft corals were not open as much as normal which is why I tested parameters again!

Happens in my tank every time I feed reef Roids. Huge spike.

Would this be why my soft corals and anemone weren't quite as open as normal? The sudden parameter change? Everything else looks good.
Yes. Corals and anemones don't like sudden drastic changes in chemistry. My phosphates were at .55 and went to .075 after adding PhosBond and my corals were basically yelling at me, especially my BTA
