is reefroids a pretty generic food that will feed all corals? I currently only have a toadstool, frogspawn, Duncan and some zoas. I am currently feeding reefsnow, but looking for something a little more higher quality.

Reefsnow is high quality. Reef Roids is also high quality and there is nothing wrong with utilizing more than one type of coral food. Since you only have a few, feed lightly and watch Nitrates & Phosphates.

Well, when it comes to soft corals, you dont really need to feed. However if you plan to add more LFS feeding once a week is fine. I used to use reef roids all the time before i created a soft coral only tank. Now i feed it maybe once a month.

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
