It's been a while since I had placed an order with Reefs4Less. When I received the order one bag containing a Naso Tang had been leaking. Everything in the order was wet. Over half the water had leaked. The Naso Tang was still alive and I acclimated it.

Since the Naso was alive I had no recourse due to DOA policy. I contacted Reefs4Less and they informed me that I should have contacted them immediately with photos. They also stated that the tang not eating could be from stress and I should dim the lights as well as minimize noise in the area.

The Naso never ate and perished that night. It also came with a belly that looked like it hadn't eaten for a month. I understand that DOA is one thing but if the packaging leaked due to improper packaging then consideration should have been taken.

This is one reason why I now stick with NYAquatic. Michael the owner has packaged the fish very well and only one time a fish perished due to FEDEX! Michael worked with me to rectify the incident.
