Refuge light causing cyano

So while I was doing a water change today I noticed that my chaeto had red slime in it at the top which it did not have the other day.
I have a clip on light with a standard 60watt bulb in it. I have tried a CFL bulb but the chaeto wasn't do g very well.

What is the cause and what is the best light for a fuge.

It is probably just a Low-Flow area that has some built up detritus that is having too much time to break down before being wisked away with current. I added a very slow current(above the current flow already going through) to my Fuge on my 75g. After doing so, It made it go away to never come back. I don't think it would be your light. I used a very similar light over mine and it went away after adding a little more flow.
