Hello,

I currently want to run either a refugium or a chaeto reactor on my WB 25 but I am torn on which way I should go. Also if I go with a reactor, I’m looking for one to be mounted on the side of the “sump” area if possible.

I am just unsure in general tbh and thought I should get your guys opinion

thank you so much

I am sure you will get completely varied opinions here. My opinion is I definitely prefer a refugium if you have the space. I like the fact that it is a good environment for pods/etc and that for maintenance it is as simple as putting a glove on and grabbing a big chunk of cheato to remove once a week.

If I had a situation where I did not have space in my sump or for a dedicated remote refugium then I would certainly go the reactor route.
