Regal blue tang with bobble like spot on fins

My small regal blue tang has developed something like rotted tale and fins and they look like some bobbles. He eats and swims well for now. What are these ? I have attached some images .

Probably an external parasite

I would put him in a quantine tank and dose with copper immediately

This is NOT a parasite and Copper will do nothing for this fish.
While something I have not seen, appears to be Bacterial lesions and the pics are a little blurry but appears to be fin rot opposed to tail nipping.
What is age of tank and what are your ammonia-nitrate-ph readings ?

Treatment will be needed in a quarantine tank with a broad Spectrum antibiotic. I see you are in the UK.
Treat with Waterlife Myxazin or NT Labs acriflavin. Myxazin will be more effective. Increase oxygen with an airstone during treatment and monitor ammonia levels

How long has it had these bubbles?
Can you tell if the bubbles are filled with fluid or with gas?

If it is fluid, it’s probably a parasite, I had a sailfin tang and it had fluid sacks on its fins, turned out to be an infection from a previous parasite I removed
