I just got a yellow belly regal/blue tang for my 120 gallon! I'm aware of it's needs, planned the stock list around him, and did whatever I could. But do you guys have any tips?

I have garlic xtreme and selcon to enrich mysis I will feed him. I'm picking him up some nori, any other food recommendations? Vitamin C?

Any tips/help/comments/concerns are extremely appreciated! :D

Thanks!

As he gets bigger make sure he has about half a sheet of nori put into his tank first thing in the morning or else you just might find pretty little bite marks on your lps especially the one ls that have green on them! I never enriched the food for mine just vary the diet and he'll be fine

Okay, thanks! I was worried about the corals. I'll do that.

What are the differences between different colored nori?

Fish preference it's made out of different seaweeds how big is you tang? I would feed juliansprung's sea veggies they hold up better throughtout the day try putting a 2"by2" piece of each color on your clip to get him eating all 3 colors then he will be getting a good varied diet and then u won't have to add supps to he's other food other than that not a bad thing can just add extra nuitrients to your tank like nitrates and that short of stuff. PM me if you have any other questions

Agreed. Tho mine has never bother my corals

I also like to enrinch my algae with vitachem and zoecon too along with selcon. I just interchange them from time to time. I quit using garlic extreme once my fish needed no more enticing to get them to eat it.
