Hey guys,
I wanted to contribute something to the hobby so I did some testing and put it together in a video, which you can find here:
I'll summarize the results, which I based off of Justin Credible's guidelines posted on humble fish for peroxide dipping corals.
Not effective at recommended dose IMO - may be gentler on corals, but 1-2% peroxide is pretty gentle and most corals can do 5% to 25% depending on coral - and Ryan from Serious Reefs has said recently that they dipped torches in 100% peroxide (!!) for two minutes (!!!) and they were fine and it completely obliterated the flatworms.
If you guys have any questions, let me know

- 25% concentration - almost immediate reaction, bristleworms reacted within about 10 seconds and were dead shortly after.
- 10% concentration - worms react after about 50 seconds submerged, worms were not dead after several minutes (but probably dying)
- 2% concentration - worms react after 30-40 seconds, seemed roughly about as effective as the 10%. Difference could just be different rock/worms etc.
- 1% concentration - took about 2 minutes, much weaker in this test. did ultimately remove all worms.
