I QTed my powder brown and copper band for 4 weeks, they are both eating well, and are ready to add to the main tank. One problem though, the light cycles are polar opposites. What should I do? The plan was to leave the lights off for 24 hours, then put them in my display with the new light cycle. Will this overly stress the fish? I will add them at night to avoid other fish harming them.

I would do it with the lights off so they can settle in for a night before they come back on the next day.

I added them at 8pm, when their lights were supposed to turn on, then left the lights off until 10:30 am, and they are doing great, the lights will be on till 10 pm.
