the best way to test public paradigm on surface area would be to create a poll that asks:

if you remove your sandbed instantly, or your remote sandbed plumbed to a tank for years, will it crash your system with too few bacteria?

the 'of course's' will stack up to a ratio of 99.9% saying yes, and only 2 nerds on the entire internet saying no, you're being baited lol.

then as the poll hits 200 votes at 99% yes we begin posting work threads, like this one.

accessory poll this thread could be used for:

if someone pulls their whole sandbed or their remote sump/sandbed surface area from the tank, should they use bottle bacteria to replace lost bacteria?

same ratios, 99.9% say absolutely yes.

then we show them eight years of substrate removal where we purposefully omit bottle bac use, paradigms change, and bottle bac sellers can't profit off fear any longer.
